Will you help reccomend a fragrance you think I'd like?

What is your return policy?

All sales are final at Neroli Decants, and we do not accept returns or refunds. We do ensure quality of work though. So if you encounter any issues with your order, we encourage you to contact us immediately so we can address the situation appropriately. We'll always make it right!
