Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). We offer a variety of USPS shipping options, which will be available for selection during checkout.


Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Please note that all of our decants are freshly prepared upon order to ensure the highest quality. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Options

We provide the following USPS shipping options:


  • USPS Ground Saver: Reliable, secure, ground shipping. Expect 2-5 days after we drop it at the post and update you with tracking. No insurance however if something is damaged during shipment, just send pictures to mrneroli@nerolidecants.com. We will always make it right. 


  • USPS Priority Mail: Faster delivery with tracking and insurance, ideal for larger or time-sensitive orders.


  • USPS Priority Mail Express: The fastest USPS option, offering guaranteed delivery dates and additional tracking.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and the weight of your order. We aim to offer fair and transparent shipping rates directly from USPS.


Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. For orders outside of the U.S., please contact us directly for potential shipping options.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment's progress.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at mrneroli@nerolidecants.com with your order number and details. We will work with USPS to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction. Guaranteed 


Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on decants or opened items. If you experience an issue with your order, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
